Darren (recommended by my realtor) conducted a roof inspection prior to the purchase of my home. He was very informative and wrote a detailed report on the condition of the roof. He called me and walked through all the details, answering all my questions and put my mind at ease on some of the items such as roof rot, poor drainage, etc.
