The customer reached out to us due to damage to their pan metal flashing and eave line. Our team came prepared and got to work, rebuilding the damaged elements. We used the sturdy Tri built self adhesive ice and water barrier for its excellent adherence and prevention measures. Then, we laid down the Layfast TU43 underlayment, known for its durability. We made sure to tuck in the plastic pass through batts just right, ensuring a snug fit. Now, not only is the customer's flashing and eave line intact, but also thoroughly protected from future damages. We've once again delivered on our promise of providing top quality service and lasting solutions.

The customer reached out to us due to issues with a dry rotted barge rafter and overhang plywood. To effectively remedy their concerns, we set out to remove the damages and rebuild the rake end. Our skilled team employed a number of high-quality products, including a 2"x8" vintage trim board and 5/8" CCX plywood to ensure a robust rebuild. For further fortification and protection, we utilized a Tri-built self adhesive ice and water barrier, a Layfast TU43 underlayment, and plastic pass-through batts. Appreciating the quality of our work, the customer was left satisfied, encouraging us to keep delivering our top-tier services.

We were contacted by the client to handle multiple roof issues, including replacing aged comp shingles and addressing dry rotted OSB sheathing overhangs. We first removed the existing comp shingles and rotted sheathing. We then executed a flush cut on the rafter tails to facilitate gutter installation. New 5/8" CCX plywood was installed to the eaves and rakes, followed by the installation of a fresh comp roof system. To prevent future damage and to extend the roof's life, we utilized Titanium UDL 30 synthetic underlayment and GAF Timberline HD RS comp shingles. We installed O'Hagin low profile eyebrow vents for improved ventilation, enhancing the attic's health and the roof's longevity. A finishing touch was added with the installation of GAF 10" mountain ridge, 5" seamless fascia gutters, and gutter guards to defend against debris.

We were contacted by the customer to deal with problematic existing tiles and dry rotted roof sheathing. To give the roof a new lease of life, we first removed all existing tiles, wood batts, metal valleys, and old felt underlayment. Additionally, we disposed off the existing wood batts and the metal valleys. We then replaced the dry rotted roof sheathing and rebuilt the tile pan metal. For a robust and long-lasting finish, we used Tri-Built self adhesive ice and water barrier and Layfast TU43 fiberglass underlayment. We also installed plastic pass through batts and custom fabricated pan metal flashing extension. Lastly, we reinstalled the tiles and fixed the 26" 5V metal valley flashings, resulting in a roof that's better than ever!

We were contacted by the customer to address issues with their leaking roof. Upon investigation, we found a plastic roof drain that needed removal, dry rotted roof sheathing that required replacement, and drain pipes in need of a rebuild. To rectify the situation, we installed new 1/2" CCX plywood and a 3-ply flat roof torch down system featuring a 90 lb Torch base, accompanied by smooth surface asphalt torch mid ply and a granulated asphalt torch cap sheet. Not to forget, the fitting of a new 3" aluminum compression drain was carried out to ensure efficient water drainage. The job was completed with an application of Henry's bright white elastomeric roof coating, providing superior waterproofing and an appealing finish. A job well done and another satisfied customer.

We were contracted by our client to address a leaking roof causing swelling crown molding. Our service involved removing the pre-existing valley metal flashing, felt underlayment, and wood batts; we also extracted dry rotted roof sheathing and barge rafters. Upon removal, dry rot was found in the area. We replaced all dry rotted wood and reconstructed the valley and rake with 1/2" CCX plywood and a 2"x8" pre-primed finger-jointed Vintage board. To keep the roof fail-safe, we utilized Tri-Built's self-adhesive ice and water barrier and coupled it with the reinforcement of Layfast TU43 fiberglass underlayment. Plastic pass through batts were installed for better water flow and 5V valleys were installed for improved drainage. Our client's roof is now structurally sound, ready to withstand all types of weather conditions.

Our team was contacted in regards to a rotting roof issue. We quickly and professionally carried out the removal of tiles, felt underlayment, and wood batts from the low-pitched roof area, alongside removing the dry rotted roof sheathing. For the rebuild, we installed new 1/2" OSB sheathing, then completely restructured the field, pan metal, and valleys. To ensure a lasting solution, we utilized a Tri-Built self-adhesive ice and water barrier, Layfast TU43 fiberglass reinforced underlayment, custom fabricated pan metal flashing extension, 5V metal valleys, and plastic batts. We recently discovered extensive rodent damage during a roof inspection. The clients felt underlayment and wood batts were heavily damaged and chewed through into the attic in some areas. We promptly removed the damaged sections and rebuilt the area. For the repair, we used top-notch products including the Tri-Built granulated ice and water barrier, and Layfast TU43 fiberglass reinforced underlayment which are sure to provide long-lasting protection to their home. We also used plastic pass-through batts to replace the wood ones, allowing for superior water flow below the tiles. The customer contacted us to address the issue of their old, damaged comp shingles and gutters. We promptly responded and were able to begin working on transforming their roof system. Our process began with the removal of the old roof, followed by the installation of a new comp roof system using the Titanium UDL 30 underlayment and Owens Corning Starter strip plus, topped off with the Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Sierra Gray composition shingles for a long-lasting, durable finish. In addition to the roof, we replaced their dated gutters with new 5" Seamless OG gutters, providing a wide, effective drainage solution. Finally, we installed OC O'hagin roof exhaust vents for better airflow and temperature regulation within their home. This roofing system comes with a 50 non-prorated warranty on material.
